Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally to bring cosplay to as many people as possible! However, we currently do not ship to Asia and some remote areas due to logistical challenges. If you’re in Europe, the Americas, Africa, or Oceania, you’re good to go! 🚚

What are your delivery options and times?

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your cosplay goodies to you quickly:

• Standard Shipping: Costs £12.95 and uses DHL or FedEx. Delivery takes 10-15 days after dispatch—ideal for when you need your costume in a hurry!
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, using EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 days after dispatch—perfect for larger orders or when you’re planning ahead.

Please note that all orders require 1-2 days for processing before shipping, as we carefully check each item for quality. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs in your country.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to our support team.

We want you to love your cosplay items! If something isn’t quite right, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
