To ensure hygiene and quality for all our cosplayers, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs (for hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Jewellery (due to intimate nature and hygiene considerations)
  • Pom Poms (once removed from packaging)
  • Items that show signs of wear or alteration
  • Custom or made-to-order items

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Once approved, carefully pack your items including:
