What Can Be Returned?

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in resellable condition

🚫 What Cannot Be Returned?

To ensure hygiene and quality for all our cosplayers, the following items cannot be returned once opened/used:

  • Wigs (for hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Jewellery (due to intimate nature and hygiene considerations)
  • Pom Poms (once removed from packaging)
  • Items that show signs of wear or alteration
  • Custom or made-to-order items
